Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be at your own expense. 

Here's what you need for a return:

• A receipt—your proof of purchase.
• The item(s) must be unused and just as fabulous as when you first got them.
• The item(s) need to be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

Remember, if items aren’t in new condition or are missing their original packaging (or if it turns up broken - Oh no!), we might have to say no to your return request. If you find any faults and return them within 30 days, we’ll do our best to replace them or give you a full refund!

Drop us a line at hello@sofunkincute.com.au to let us know you want to return your purchase. You can either bring the item(s) back to our store or send them through the post using your own packaging. Don't forget to email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your return!
